Hayley is a seasoned brand marketing and communications leader with a knack for tackling diverse briefs and capturing the zeitgeist across industries.

Over the last 15 years, she’s represented world-famous brands and startups, led award-winning campaigns and built teams in-house and agency side.

Before joining Liquid, she helped an edtech brand on its path to a successful ASX listing and SafetyCulture on its journey to double unicorn status. In both in-house roles, she spearheaded multiple brand ‘firsts’ which delivered spikes in branded search, product downloads, website traffic, social following and media coverage.

Our Client Services Director, Gill’s been with Liquid since 2015, coming onboard following a year travelling throughout Latin America. While there, she volunteered at an orphanage in Guatemala, swam with sea lions in the Galapagos Islands and got engaged! Liquid, Gill heads up a range of clients across the FMCG, consumer lifestyle and drinks. Prior to Liquid, Gill worked in the very different world of PR and policy/lobbying. In her three years at the industry association Consult Australia, Gillian was editor of the association’s magazine, looked after newsletters and reports, managed all PR/media relations and worked on policy submissions and thought-leadership papers.

Starting with Liquid as a Communications Council graduate in 2013, Frankie rose the ranks swiftly, and has driven rapid growth for a host of consumer, lifestyle and not-for-profit brands. Frankie is particularly passionate about the drinks world, as well as consumer psychology and behavioural economics, and how these shape human behaviour and what we do.

Half Italian, Frankie wishes she was also half Mexican, loves second-hand treasures and believes tequila is one of the ways to, yet the only way out of, a hangover.
