Stuart Gregor is a drinks industry veteran with more than 30 years’ experience working with many of the world’s most successful drinks businesses. Most recently he was the Co-founder of Four Pillars Gin (2013-2023), Australia’s No.1 craft distilling success story. Renowned world-wide, Four Pillars is now sold in more than 30 markets.
Stuart was President of the Australian Distillers Association from 2014-2022 and inducted into the Australian Distillers Hall of Fame in 2023. In 2024 he held the role of inaugural Chair of Judges at the Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show.
Stuart has been involved in two of Australia’s most innovative and disruptive not-for-profit start- ups – RUOK? Day and OzHarvest, where he sat on the Board for eight years.
Currently Stuart acts as a Non-Executive Director of the ASX-Listed Lark Distilling Co, widely regarded as Tasmania and Australia’s pre-eminent whisky business.
Cleo’s an integrated marketer with PR roots. Joining Liquid in 2021, Cleo brings with her a decade’s experience, having worked with some of the country’s biggest consumer brands. Cleo’s a passionate strategist and storyteller, and loves finding creative ways to bring the ordinary to life.
Sally has been living, breathing, writing about and talking about the best of food, wine and travel — both in Australia and globally — for 20 years. Sally’s career includes more than a decade working on magazine titles including Vogue Entertaining + Travel, Australian Gourmet Traveller and Gourmet Traveller WINE, and was editor of The Age Good Food Guide for three years. Sally rejoined Liquid in February 2017 as Media + Hospitality Director with the best contact book in the business.
Grace joined Liquid in 2010. She is immensely IT-savvy and commercially minded.
Grace previously trained as a medical professional, but favours finance! As the mathematical brain of the business, she manages all things finance, accounts and office administration. Grace is passionate about landscape photography, is a keen traveller, and has proudly left her mark at the Mt Everest Base Camp.
Hayley is a seasoned brand marketing and communications leader with a knack for tackling diverse briefs and capturing the zeitgeist across industries.
Over the last 15 years, she’s represented world-famous brands and startups, led award-winning campaigns and built teams in-house and agency side.
Before joining Liquid, she helped an edtech brand on its path to a successful ASX listing and SafetyCulture on its journey to double unicorn status. In both in-house roles, she spearheaded multiple brand ‘firsts’ which delivered spikes in branded search, product downloads, website traffic, social following and media coverage.
Our Client Services Director, Gill’s been with Liquid since 2015, coming onboard following a year travelling throughout Latin America. While there, she volunteered at an orphanage in Guatemala, swam with sea lions in the Galapagos Islands and got engaged! Liquid, Gill heads up a range of clients across the FMCG, consumer lifestyle and drinks. Prior to Liquid, Gill worked in the very different world of PR and policy/lobbying. In her three years at the industry association Consult Australia, Gillian was editor of the association’s magazine, looked after newsletters and reports, managed all PR/media relations and worked on policy submissions and thought-leadership papers.
Starting with Liquid as a Communications Council graduate in 2013, Frankie rose the ranks swiftly, and has driven rapid growth for a host of consumer, lifestyle and not-for-profit brands. Frankie is particularly passionate about the drinks world, as well as consumer psychology and behavioural economics, and how these shape human behaviour and what we do.
Half Italian, Frankie wishes she was also half Mexican, loves second-hand treasures and believes tequila is one of the ways to, yet the only way out of, a hangover.
