Suntory Bar – a three-month residency

In 2025, Liquid brought back Suntory Bar for its second iteration - reimagined as a three-month residency within Sydney’s Japanese dining precinct, Prefecture 48. Designed to welcome consumers into the world of Suntory, the activation celebrated the brand’s heritage through chilled highballs, experimental cocktails and elevated Japanese snacks, while showcasing the breadth of Suntory’s globally renowned portfolio across whisky, spirits and RTDs.

Liquid led the campaign end-to-end, from venue partnership and creative concepting through to chef and bartender takeovers, production and amplification. The residency launched with a VIP launch event, announcing our collaboration with chef Tetsuya Wakuda, before rolling into a program of 10 brand takeovers, supported by a robust integrated communications approach spanning PR, paid media partnerships, social, influencer engagements and OOH.
