We launched Pei Modern restaurant through a series of influencer events and dinners.
We supported the opening of Pei Modern, leading Australian chef Mark Best’s second Sydney restaurant, when it opened at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney in 2014.
We needed to ensure Pei Modern was on the ‘must-go’ list for media, influencers and consumers alike, with the focus remaining on the food and impeccable service, rather than the fact that the space remained the same from its predecessor restaurant, The Woods.
Through a series of inspiring and intuitive executions fully integrated with social media, we leveraged relationships with Australia’s most respected food influences. We needed to showcase the food, service and experience at Pei Modern, so avoided a big launch party, choosing instead to coordinate a series of blogger dinners, influencer dinners and one-on-one visits, fully establishing relationships with Australia’s leading lifestyle media. We also held a hugely successful lifestyle magazine reader dinner.
