Connoisseur was launching a new premium ice-cream range made from Australian native ingredients. They needed a launch execution that made noise amongst quality minded consumers.

In response, Liquid created the Australian Native Dinner Series, held at Regatta Rose Bay. To launch the series, we gathered 40 leading food media and influencers to preview the restaurant menu and have the first taste of Connoisseur’s new range. The successful series remained a bespoke offering at the restaurant for a month beyond launch.
